Return Policy

 

Course Materials/Books
Textbooks may be returned for a full refund with the following stipulations:

  • Fall, Winter or Spring term within the first twelve days of the term for which they were purchased.
  • Summer term within the first four days of the term for which they were purchased.
  • Textbooks purchased for short courses (part-of-term courses) during any term are nonreturnable.
  • Books must be accompanied by their receipt.
  • New books must be in new condition (OSU Beaver Store retains the right to determine the condition).
  • Books with access codes, packages with access codes, and stand-alone access codes themselves cannot be returned if the access code has been opened or otherwise exposed.
  • Shrink-wrapped packages must be complete (packages marked "nonreturnable if opened" may not be returned if opened).
  • Class notes and texts marked "nonreturnable" may not be returned.
  • The buyer is responsible for postage on mail ordered books.

Merchandise
Merchandise items may be returned with the following stipulations:

  • May be returned or exchanegd within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be accompanied by their receipt.
  • Apparel items must not be worn or soiled, and all the tags must be attached.
  • All sales are final on marked-down items.

Dell/ Microsoft Surface /HP

  • May be returned or exchanged (undamaged & unopened) within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be returned with the receipt, original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories or bundles (unopened and undamaged).
  • Must be refunded in the manner in which it was purchased. If this is not possible it will be returned on a gift card.
  • If defective after 14 days, it must be serviced by the manufacture. All come with a 1 year manufature warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Staymobile is certified for servicing all A+ providers.

Apple Desktops/ Laptops:

  • May be returned or exchanged (undamaged & unopened) within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be returned with the receipt, original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories.
  • Must be refunded in the manner in which it was purchased. If this is not possible it will be returned on a gift card.
  • If defective after 14 days, must be processed through Apple Technical Support and cannot be returned to the OSU Beaver Store. 

Apple iPods and iPads:

  • Must be returned or exchanged (undamaged & unopened) within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be returned with the receipt, original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories.
  • Must be refunded in the manner in which it was purchased. If this is not possible it will be returned on a gift card.
  • If defective and in need of service, must be processed through Apple Technical Support and cannot be returned to the OSU Beaver Store.

Beats products:

  • Must be returned or exchanged (undamaged & unopened) within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be returned with the receipt, original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories.
  • Must be refunded in the manner in which it was purchased. If this is not possible it will be returned on a gift card.
  • If the item has been opened or it is after 14 days, all Beats products, even if defective and in need of service, must be processed through Apple Technical Support and cannot be returned to the OSU Beaver Store.

Apple Accessories:

  • Must be returned or exchanged (undamaged & unopened) within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be returned with the receipt, original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories.
  • Must be refunded in the manner in which it was purchased. If this is not possible it will be returned on a gift card.
  • Defectives must be returned within 14 days with receipt.

All other non Hardware Items: 

  • Must be returned or exchanged (undamaged & unopened) within 30 days of purchase.
  • Must be returned with the receipt, original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories.
  • Must be refunded in the manner in which it was purchased. If this is not possible it will be returned on a gift card.
  • Defectives must be returned within 14 days with receipt. 
  • Headphones/Earbuds ARE NOT returnable after opened due to sanitary regulations.

Customer Service:

  • No returns for course catalogs.
  • Misprinted graduation announcements may be exchanged.
  • No returns for gift certificates. 
 

You must be a current Student, Staff or Faculty member of OSU in order to purchase all Apple products. Please bring in your OSU ID with you when picking up. Payment will only be accepted from teh qualifying individual. Questions? Please use "Message" box below.
