Returns

Course Materials/Books

Fall, Winter or Spring term within the first twelve days of the term for which they were purchased.
Summer term within the first four days of the term for which they were purchased.
Textbooks purchased for short courses (part-of-term courses) during any term are nonreturnable.
Books must be accompanied by their receipt.
New books must be in new condition (OSU Beaver Store retains the right to determine the condition).
Books with access codes, packages with access codes, and stand-alone access codes themselves cannot be returned if the access code has been opened or otherwise exposed.
Shrink-wrapped packages must be complete (packages marked "nonreturnable if opened" may not be returned if opened).
Class notes and texts marked "nonreturnable" may not be returned.
The buyer is responsible for postage on mail ordered books.

Course Material Mail-In Returns

Packages must be postmarked by the deadline for returns and include the original packing slip (or copy).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. OSU Beaver Store does not provide return labels.
Please ensure access codes have not been revealed and that all items intended to be returned are included in the package.

Merchandise

Holiday Extended Return Policy: Purchases made today may be returned or exchanged up until January 27.
Items must be accompanied by their receipt.
Apparel items must not be worn or soiled, and all the tags must be attached.
All sales are final on marked-down items.
Hydroflask are not returnable

Merchandise Mail-In Returns

A completed OSU Beaver Store Return form (included with purchase) must accompany returned merchandise.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. OSU Beaver Store does not provide return labels.
Original shipping charges will not be included in the amount refunded.
Erroneous returns: we are not responsible for the safekeeping of merchandise returned to us in error (i.e. merchandise purchased from a retailer other than the OSU Beaver Store). If you would like to reclaim an erroneous return, you will be charged the associated shipping fees plus a $20 handling fee.

Technology

May be returned or exchanged (undamaged & unopened) within 14 days of purchase.
Must be returned with the receipt, original packaging, all manuals and accessories or bundles (undamaged & unopened).
Must be refunded in manner in which purchased. If this is not possible it will be returned on a gift card.
If device is defective it must be serviced by the manufacturer. All come with a 1-year manufacture warranty from the date of purchase.
Headphones/Earbuds ARE NOT returnable after opened due to sanitary regulations.
Once ink is opened it cannot be returned.

Apple Products

May be returned or exchanged (undamaged & unopened) within 14 days of purchase.
If defective, must be processed through Apple Technical Support and cannot be returned to the OSU Beaver Store.
Items purchased before Apple discontinued them cannot be returned afterwards, no exceptions.
Must be returned with the receipt, original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories.
Must be refunded in the manner in which it was purchased. If this is not possible it will be returned on a gift card.

Demonstration Units, Discontinued Product and Special Orders

All Sales Are Final, Cannot Be Returned. No Exceptions
Devices are in AS IS condition, we are not responsible for any issues found after the purchase.
