Q. Do you offer in-store pickup?
A. Yes! You can select in-store pickup at our OSU campus store for all online orders. Certain online orders can also be picked up at our off-campus stores, and you'll see that option at check-out if it's available. Please wait until you've been notified by email that your order is ready before coming in to pick it up.
Q. Can I delay my shipment?
A. Once your merchandise order is placed, we start working on it right away. At this time, we are unable to delay or hold shipments. Course materials orders normally begin processing a month prior to term start. Alterations are possible pre-processing.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately, we're unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. If you decide not to keep your items, you can always return them by mail or in store at a later date. If we have to cancel your order for inventory or other reasons, we'll notify you as soon as possible. Your credit card will not be charged if we are unable to fulfill and/or cancel your order for any reason.
Q. If my item is on backorder, will I be charged shipping twice?
A. You will only be charged one shipping fee per order.
Q. Do you require a signature?
A. Packages are not shipped with a signature required; however, your local FedEx driver may require a signature.
