Can’t Find Your Course Listed?
If a course doesn’t appear on our site, it means we haven’t received the textbook adoption from your instructor or academic department yet. As soon as it’s submitted, we’ll update the listing.
What’s a “Hold” Web Order?
A “Hold” order reserves your course materials for in-store pickup, typically available 4–5 days before the term begins.
You’ll only be charged once the order is pulled and processed.
This option is usually available until about one week before the start of the term.
How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?
Under normal conditions, we process web orders within 24 hours.
During high-volume times—such as the week before and after the term starts—processing may take up to 48 hours.
Print vs. Digital Format Options
Some textbooks are offered in both print and digital versions.
If both are added to your cart, we’ll automatically fulfill the least expensive option, which is typically the digital format.
Where’s My Digital Course Material?
If you’ve ordered digital course materials, access information will be sent to your email within 48 hours.
If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.
What Is the Return Policy?
You can return course materials for a full refund (with receipt) within the following timeframes:
- Fall, Winter, Spring Terms: First 12 days of the term
- Summer Term: First 4 days of the term

Can I Sell My Books Back?
Yes! We offer textbook buybacks in-store and by mail.
- If your book is needed for the next term, we’ll pay up to 50% of what you paid
- If not, we’ll offer the current national used book value
- Payments are made in cash (in-store) or by check (mail-in buyback)
The best time to sell back is during the final two weeks of the term, though we buy back books all year long.
